Use on wet, clean hair, focusing on ends. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse with warm water, then again with cool water. For intensive conditioning, work into hair and wrap with plastic and / or warm damp towel for 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm then cool water.
