Tonal Control Pre-Bonded is an acidic, demi-permanent haircolor ideal for glossing, toning, and post-lightening control. This gel toner provides predictable and long-lasting, multi-dimensional results with high shine and extra-conditioning.

17 fully Pre-Bonded shades (bonder pre-mixed in every tube). Ideal for color glossing, post-lightening toning, enhancing color, overlays, and more. Large 3 oz. tube for superior value. Ammonia-free and vegan formula.
  1. Mixing Ratio: 1:1 Tonal Control + 10 Volume (3%).
  2. Matrix Cream Developer Application: Clean dry or damp hair.
  3. Processing Time: 20 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Rinsing + Removal: Rinse thoroughly, cleanse, and condition with Matrix Color Obsessed haircare.
Tips:
  1. Post Color Care: Matrix Keep Me Vivid Shampoo, Conditioner, & Lamination Spray.
  2. Overly Porous Hair: On overly porous hair, lightly mist Instacure on the mids + ends of the hair before blending through Tonal Control.
